This law office is the best I have ever worked with without any of the hassle that can usually bog you down or deter you from pursuing a legal proceeding. At first, I was unsure if a dog bite case would be something that they would be familiar with handling as it happened while I was at work and involved Workers Comp, but they took it on without a second thought. I worked closely with one of the leading partners Bernie Layne who treated the case as personally as I did, as if he himself were the grieving party. All of their work is greatly appreciated! Called almost a month ago, told my entire case to a paralegal. She stated she'd get back to me on Monday, never heard a thing, called back a week later spoke to a second paralegal, she said they'd get back to me that day, never heard a thing, called back a third time, spoke to the first paralegal again, she said that they would call me back no later then the next day, and can you guess what happened... horrible way to start a relationship with a potential client, still haven't even had the courtesy to call back and provide an update. I'd look elsewhere for representation .
