After a pretty bad car accident where I t-boned a car in front of me that was taking a u-turn in a one-way road, and I was the car right behind her, I was more injured in my back than I realized. As the pain in my back set in and physical therapy and chiropractic services didn't help as quickly as I needed it to, I started taking pain medicine and I admit that some things in my life crumbled -- my relationship fell apart, my family went through really hard times and I couldn't come with it, and I ended up losing my job. I admit, I started taking out my life situations on Dan because I was feeling financial pressure while also on pain meds and my personality shifted. I wonder how many times this has happened to Dan with car accident clients. Looking back, I complained to Dan throughout almost every stop of the process, but he still gave me incredible results. There is a review below that says, "Non caring, short and very unprofessional." I have to say, after what I put Dan through, I understand why he may be "short" with people and it's because he's doing his job well. He lives by results. He doesn't try to console people's emotions anymore because many of us just need to figure out our own healing process while he takes care of the legal. When it comes to "being unprofessional", I have to say that sometimes I wasn't sure he knew what he was doing and that was my own lack of professionalism. Dan knew exactly what he was doing with my case and he didn't have to explain it to me or anyone else to get great results. "Non caring" is definitely not who Dan is. He just doesn't have to "sell" himself anymore because he's a pro. He ended up helping me get 3X the amount I expected, back from the insurance agency, and I've used some of that money to get overseas treatments that were better suited for me than US physical therapy. Overall, his process was clear, concise, and provided great results. You want him on your team, especially in the case of a car accident. I highly recommend Daniel Allen.
