Spoke with a paralegal today about a family members claim that they currently have. When I say she was extremely rude and loud talking over me and kept telling me to let them talk when I was trying to explain hes had brain surgery and he wanted me to ask questions she kept yelling RUDE as hell "Let Me Talk To The Client"!!! Like what the hell is wrong with u unprofessional people. Customer service is insane when you are charging 40%. If a client wants someone to call on their behalf and ask questions so they can break it down for them they should be able to. I asked the rude lady to send me to his lawyers voicemail and she denied me.... twice. And told me that the lawyer wont have time this week to contact us and its Monday morning. I don't know who pissed in her cereal but when it comes to disabled seniors and lawyers they should be able to ask whatever questions however they need to. This was rude macroagressive and unprofessional to the MAX!!!! Unacceptable. You never know who is listening or who is on the phone listening. She will be reported!!! This screams senior citizen abuse of power. Wont allow him to speak to their lawyer or ask questions to their satisfaction is a No-No!!!
