Being injured from work this law firm took on my case. They went to battle with me and we won all hearings against a big prestiges company. Attorney Eric and Sonya his assistant kept me to stay positive at times. They would answer all questions and when my payments didn't come sometimes they would call to see what was going on. If anyone needs attorneys that will work for you I would recommend Agee Clymer. I would use them again. They do more than workers Comp claims.

I worked with Tom Somo since 2023 for an accident I was involved in at no personal fault in 2022. Before Tom, it was a nightmare trying to fight things on my own with the offending driver's insurance company. As typical situation, they acted like nothing had happened to me and I had not had a life altering experience. I decided I couldn't argue with them and solve it amicably anymore. I found Tom when he was working through his own office, and from that time to his transition to Agee Clymer and the closing of my case, it was all handled so well. I did not previously know much about legal battles, but Tom made the time to make sure I understood what was happening. So much so that I wish I had called him day one after the accident. I would recommend Tom because he knows exactly what he's doing. Compared to the preparation of myself and the defense, I think I had the better guidance and thus better outcome. I felt prepared and supported through the whole process and saved from the stress of court in this case. Overall I can't imagine a better outcome, my family and I are actually back to life (logistically) as if it never happened. Because the stress of logistics and medical expenses now over, I feel on the road to personal recovery for what happened to me. I cannot recommend enough this law firm, especially Somo, to anyone looking.
