I've had the pleasure of having Howard & Andrew work on a few cases of mine over the years and they've always came through for me on my behalf. I appreciate these guys, and Dawn?! In 2004 I used Larry Weiser on a personal injury case he was very professional and I always felt that I was taken care of I'm not one of those people who asked a lot of questions I just do whatever the lawyer tells me to do because I figured he has Your best interest. So in February 2025 I was a victim in a car accident I was at fault in no way so I figured hey I'll go to the same law firm I used back then . (This was a big mistake) Howard and Sunny have no idea what they're doing on top of that they don't return phone calls , can't give you any update, and ask the same question like they don't do paperwork ( but I bet they bill you like they do) I'm not talking about in a couple of days it took them two weeks to call me back, after talking to him on that incident he assured me he would call me back within 24 hours I didn't hear from him for over 72. Be careful this law firm likes to say whatever is convenient at the time. You Will be dead by the time they get back to you you have been warned take your business somewhere else. Update I dropped this law firm on 7/29/25 I get a call today 8/22/25 talking to me about putting my demand letter together. I'm like guys I dropped you last month . The lawyer told me oh we don't see anything in the paperwork about it talk about a miscommunication they couldn't even tell me who the last person to talk to me was this place is a chop shop and will say anything you'll get better service at McDonald's

I have been dealing with this law firm for many years me and my family and when I tell u they are the best it's an understatement. They treat u like family from the first call yeah sumtimes cases take a while but that's just the way it is. One thing I do know is Mr. Howard and his team will get what u deserve treatment wise and all can't ask for a better law firm in Cleveland ohio
