I inquired about a medical malpractice case for a misdiagnosis. I was told they don't do that type of case when it is clearly listed on the website that they do. Terrible experience, he is just a bait and switch place that is only interested in that cases he can make a quick buck on. I just saw his billboard that said that they will listen he will care and he will make them pay well that's only if there's somebody else to go against except for the city. I was doing 20 mph ana street that had a pothole that they did not take care of and was told for years not only did the city take care of the pothole an hour after I broke my ankle in three places broke my knee and ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks that they also patched all of my alleyway that they just happened to be nowhere near where the pothole was at. I called his office and they said oh well you know what we don't take those type of claims it's personal injury you don't take those type of claims? So he left me high and dry. Thank goodness that while I was in the hospital instead of thinking about him first I called another lawyer and am waiting for a settlement it's been a year and a half. The hold up is the paperwork and my lengthy recovery cuz I'm still having problems and need an extra surgery but they want you to be taken care of and treated all the time that you're spending all your money so you're going to hear the same thing and attorneys can let you borrow money from their finance company if you don't win that you don't have to pay it back but you're not going to get a certain amount because of your credit score my credit score is low because I can't pay my bills because I had my accident and can't work so be aware who you do choose and if you do choose Tim misney make sure he does what he says he's going to do. And there is no slander or libel involved in my comments because I did not put him down I just told you to watch out you can read the reviews and find out for yourself make your own opinion but don't do it based off of mine I'm telling you my experience. Therefore I would not choose him.

When I needed a lawyer, Tim came highly recommended by a friend (LA). His legal assistants were very sweet, professional and helpful. When my settlement was complete and I finally met Tim in person, he made me feel welcomed, relaxed and not rushed at all. I was dismissed by his so called "intake specialist" by telling me that it's cancer so there isn't a case that we can take. I told her that I would write a review telling people not to bother calling you. 15 minutes later Tim called me to explain that I had a case but it wasn't enough money. He said that if he spent $200,000 and only got $150,000 in a settlement that wouldn't be worth it to him. Sure, he called, like he did with others that reviewed him negatively. He called to convince me that he's a great family man and even talked about his wife to try and get personal so I wouldn't write a bad review. I suppose the 15 minute investment on the phone would be worth it if he could convince me. The only thing he actually convinced me of is the fact that these negative reviews are spot on and he's not interested in making them pay nor has he any interest in you, me or anyone else that can't bring him the big bucks. Shameful practice.
