The lawyer who handled by father's estate was rude, dismissive and uncommunicative. He operates under this firms name although he has retired and lives out of state. We were unaware of this for two years. All correspondence came on letterhead from this firm. We called them to be able to reach him. It took them just shy of two years to close my father's estate. If you hire them, make sure it's nothing pressing because it'll be a long road to get anything completed. Also check to make sure they are still a practicing attorney that actually lives in Ohio!
Victoria Nagy started working on estate planning documents with me then didn't follow through to complete them. When I followed up after several months I was informed she was dropping my case because she doesn't want to work with MetLife (in other words, she's greedy). I didn't even get the common courtesy of a phone call. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I will be filing a complaint with the Ohio Bar for lack of diligence. Take your business elsewhere.
