This Attorney team has worked so hard to help us, and they helped us relatively fast as well. If you're not knowing when to turn after something happens, i'd definitely recommend Ralls and his Attorney team! Erica has helped tremendously, communication has been delayed (phone issues) but they managed to stay in contact and ensure we were up to speed with everything.

I appreciate Erica for helping me through my claims process; She was a pleasure to work with. However, what I didn't like is how long this process took regarding to my accident; it seems that there's turnover at the company since my case has been handled by 3 different people. Overall, it was an okay experience.
