A 5 star rating doesn't give justice to the service and support that I received throughout my SSDI application process. My initial consultation (via telephone) with Dave Pinyerd covered details regarding my situation, and all of my questions were answered. Despite the time this took, he never came across as if I was wasting his time, nor did I feel rushed. After the consultation, I primarily worked with Kim and Hannah. Both ladies were welcoming to questions and concerns, with timely responses. I worked at length with Hannah submitting documents, records, and forms. She made sure to confirm each document received which alleviated additional stress during an already stressful time. Her warmth and sense of humor made her a true delight. I will add that gathering your official records and information yourself to submit to the office, can be a timesaver. You are able to obtain these quickly. I was not asked to do this, but helping them helps you!! It's not difficult to request them yourself. I also recommend that you keep copies of everything, especially the forms that SS sends you to complete and return.
