Not very personal. Most interaction was just an AI sent via text with a link to fill out forms. I couldn't open and when I let them know I got no response. Twice I asked what should've been an easy question for them to answer, she had to get back to me. I'm so very disappointed. I see there are a lot of 5 stars on the reviews, but not in my case. Maybe I just got a new para legal. Or something. They were definitely not with me every step of the way like they say and definitely not warriors of anything I would never recommend them for anything
