I have paid my bill every month since 2023, well this past Aug 4th, 2025, I called 4 times to pay and couldn't get thru. I ended up forgetting and didnt pay so they suspended my license, I even called and made my Sept payment not realizing and nothing was mentioned because you pay to a third-party. It was my mistake, but I wish they did better letting someone know they missed a payment before suspending license. Especially since it was odd for me to miss my payment.. so I decided to just pay everything off and be done, so I asked many clarifying questions to figure out the fastest way to get my license back. I was told I can pay online using the echeck process and since I'm paying it off I could get my license back the same day, it would either take a couple hours to go bmv or she could email me something to take in to the bmv. It was 4:30 by time I got a ride to load the money on my card and had it paid, so I called in an explained everything to see what was next and the lady who answered said using Echeck was the worst thing I could have done, therefore it can take up to 10days to clear the transaction. So now I'm at complete loss and just have to sit and wait and hope very soon my payment clears. I have 2 small kids and a full time college student, this is going to majorly effect my life!!! I feel the staff having a little compassion could go a long way for their business, instead of people dreading this place!!!

BEEN PAYING OFF 7000 BALANCE FORCED ON MY BY INSURANCE TO THESE GUYS ..GOT THE SOME TOO UNDER 1500 AND THEY SUSPENDED MY LICENSE! ...FILE A COURT CASE DIDNT NOTIFY ME TOLD THE JUDGE I DIDNT MAKE PAYMENTS ..(I HAVE PROOF) I FOUND OUT 2 WEEKS LATER. THE WONT SETTLE THE MONEY FOR 1000 THREATING TO NOT RELEASE MY LICENSE WHEN I MAD PAYMENTS ON TIME!...THIS PLACE NEED TO MY BE INVESTIGATED!!!!! MY CASE WORK IS VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL...IF THEY GOT YOUR INFORMATION GET A LAWYER FAST ! IM MISSING WORK BECAUSE OF THESE IDIOTS WHO DONT ACTUALLY WONT THE MONEY...HAVE A GOOD DAY

Poor communication, changing agreement. Receiving an invoice for minimum payment then paid more than that and still receiving letter that licensees will be suspended. Will not answer phone when calling. Rudest customer service ever! Requested new payment plan since job was lost and they want me to pay a fee 3 times my payment to change it! Make it make sense! Someone needs to know what they doing!

This office is very, very rude. They all answer questions like they are short of patience. If you do not want to be at work then you should just quit. It is not necessary for you to always be nasty acting. I called and I was transferred to a woman named Shannon. She apparently thinks she's too good to return phone calls because you have to call a million times (she finally called back ONCE out of all of the times I have called) There's also always some black girl who answers the phone and answers your questions as if you're stupid and should already know the answer. (I know she's black because some black people tend to get smarty when they feel they have a position of some sort). I had to talk to 3 different people just to know if my fax was received. The black girl was one of them. She asked me for my name, not my file number otherwise I would've had it ready. I asked her to give me a minute to get it and she said "hello, did you want to call back in with that information because I can't just hold the phone" My question is, what are you being so nasty acting for? She acted like I had her waiting for several minutes but I didn't. Needless to say I just hung the phone up on her. I had to call back in just to give my file number and ask the SAME question that was never answered in the first call. Some woman answered the phone like she was short of patience as if I was wasting her precious time. She was very nasty acting as well. This is literally the worst crew of people I have ever encountered. They are very despicable and rude. I understand it's not you so you do not care but you never know what position you will find yourself in. If it takes all of that for you to work then maybe you're paying just a little too much.

Cheryl is very rude and unprofessional. You never get a phone call back and when you do finally get ahold of her she's rude , cuts you off when you're talking,and has an attitude every time. These reviews are exactly right.
