I spoke with Ms. Tracie 2day. She could not have been more kind, understanding,& most of all helpful. She would be an asset to Any office. Myself my son and my two grandchildren were going north on 31 at Markland avenue in Kokomo Indiana a city police officer run through the intersection with no siren on and we collided. State Police ruled that it was the city police's fault for lack of sound coming from the City Police car. I was driving northbound on 31 had the green light and the police officer blasted through and we collided. Isaacs and Isaacs took our case and you would think they could have got us some money and medical bills paid but no. We were all injured, each and every one of us sustained injuries, for my truck and my injuries l only got $4,350 when Isaacs and Isaacs took my case they told me I would be getting hundreds they sold us out. Nick Alexion out of Kentucky was The guy from Isaac and Isaac, they did US dirty I would not recommend Isaac and Isaac for anything. I gave them one star only because there wasn't a place to Mark zero Stars. They did a lousy job handling our case.

Connie was excellent. She displayed excellent customer service. She returned calls and answered questions professionally. She walked me through signing the paperwork and put my mind to ease. She assured me that the Attorneys would take care of me and my concerns in the accident. I feel much better after speaking with her today. Glad I called ISSAC & ISSAC.

Morgan the secretary was very helpful. She eased our minds and put us through to speak to one of their lawyers. She walked me through signing papers over the phone also. We've never had any accidents and I feel like they truly have our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend them.

Morgan was very nice and informative like all the people I talked to. Morgan set me up with one of the attorneys, she took the time out to explain the prosses to me about my claim and injury. Everyone I have communicated with has been very nice and helpful. The other thing I notice is that even the attorney I talked to was very patient with me, even with me not knowing anything about this stuff. I probably ask a lot of dumb questions. Thanks!
