Years ago, I was involved in a rear end collision. I was getting on the freeway and someone slammed into my car from behind. I had a severe back injury. I called FDS and they flat out said, "sorry we can't help you. You have no case". I called them because they always boast if you want to win to call them. I went to a little know Attorney recommended by Russo. We won the case and I received $65,000. FDS makes commercials so that people trust them. I find them lacking. I would never trust them. They even say they have no record of me calling them. That makes it even worse. I wouldn't waste my time time making this complaint if it never happened. Common sense, I gain nothing financially from my complaint. I am only warning others based on my experience. Russo helped me find a good Attorney willing to help.
