I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough! What could have been an OVI became a reckless op... what could have been a year of suspension became 6 months... Shane conducts his business at 2 opposite extremes. At one end, he is SO accessible and so approachable that he answers his phone 24/7/365 for the most part, because he is a super humble and sweet person. That being said, at the other extreme, you will see his "sharky" legal side conducting his advice to his clients and interfacing with our esteemed judges and prosecutors of Hamilton County with the grace and genius of a Mozart-like symphony conductor since he was once, himself, a Queen City Prosecutor. Shane was nothing short of a blessing. He has extensive knowledge and experience on both sides as a former prosecutor. He is a fierce advocate for his clients, is extremely responsive and thorough as well as extremely realistic when discussing potential outcomes. When our key witness did not show to testify I was given the option to continue the case or accept a plea of a physical control over an OVI which was huge in itself. I was drained from the entire ordeal and while our witness would likely have resulted in a "not guilty" verdict I wanted it to end and accepted the plea. Zero points and the rest was minimal and I was able to move on with my life. Shane showed compassion and made me feel that he cares about his clients.
