I am writing this review to share my experience with this firm after they acquired The Keating Firm LTD. My children's deceased father had an active case, and the funds from that case were supposed to be distributed to our children once they turned 18.
For over a year, I have been trying to get updates and clarification regarding the status of these funds. Despite making repeated attempts to contact the firm, I have only been able to speak with customer service representatives who say they will escalate my concerns, but I have not received any follow-up communication from anyone handling the case.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and transparency. In my opinion, the process should be straightforward, especially since the funds are meant for my children. I hope the firm improves its communication and resolves this matter promptly.

I would not recommend this firm. You will receive the very minimum amount. They offered my friend $2,000 when she totaled her car and my aunt $8,000 after she got paralyzed when ran over by a drunk driver. You talk to too many different people, none of them are available to answer your call when you call. Their call center aka secretary has to get your information for some other random person to call you and it'll more than likely be someone not even from where you're calling nor that you have talked to. They will give you the run around
