I knew the process would be slow, but they kept in contact and walked me through everything. They were compassionate the entire time, especially through the period where I became homeless (not related), and made sure to keep me in the loop that entire time. I would absolutely recommend Burg Simpson to anyone looking for a law firm. They will treat you with respect and care as a client.

Unfortunately my husband had a failed medical device and after speaking with a few lawyers we were directed to Burg and Simpson. Thank goodness! Contacted Burg Simpson regarding a medical device failure situation. All my dealings were accomplished by phone, email, or video chat. Contacts were always timely and with my interests in mind. Over the period of almost 5 years, I never felt neglected even though we were 2500 miles apart. Paralegal Angelica Nguyen was a Rockstar throughout. If I needed an update, she was there. My Attorney Ken Daly became a subject matter expert on a very complex issue in short order. Hopefully I'll never need the services of Burg Simpson Eldridge Hersh & Jardine PC, but if needed, I wouldn't hesitate contacting them.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible. I've been waiting 7 years (that's right...SEVEN YEARS) for a class-action settlement check to go through. Was told it wouldn't be more than 3 when I signed the papers. The settlement I'm supposed to get is 7% of what it should be because of a technicality that was due to an error by the hospital. They want almost half of the settlement I'm supposed to get back (after their fees are taken out) to fight for more, but it's not guaranteed and I won't get that money back. Good lawyers? Changing lives? I don't think so.
