I would not recommend! Absolutely Awful divorce attorney, i went to court with false criminal charges, he was more worried about his reputation and what he would look like in court rather than defending me, his client, who had never been in trouble before. He talks a big game, but when it's time to actually do anything he definitely does not! He will not fight for you. As he claims, he will not look out for your best interest. He does whatever is quickest and easiest. All the while trying to convince you it's the best. I didn't agree with something in my divorce, instead of fighting for me he just says "well, they're not budging" isn't that his job, to fight and make them budge? Worst attorney I've ever used.

I had the worst experience with these people when I first when in Ben acted like it was a slam dunk case and he would fight for me . He was super fast to want all this money and when it came time to work for me he refused to . Won't return calls and will not fight for you . He will do some back door deal and screw you . It was plain as day that a court order had been violated and he went and laughed with the other attorney about it . Let me add my court date is still pending for custody and I've lost all hope cause he done let everything happen . He should never be allowed to do this to anyone again . If ya want to try to recoup your money you will have to file with the attorney general cause he will not do what's right he has no moral compass from my experience. I'm telling you if you care about your kids do not go with them . They will lie and take your money and you will lose your kid . Might I add in the one who started the whole court process cause he said it was a slam dunk case . Lies lies and lies . No I have to go through this long process instead of him being a honest person like I messed up . At one point o was told I think we can still salvage this . Why would we need to salvage anything when I e followed the court order the other party didn't and he could care less . This is all the truth hand in the Bible God strike me down right now if I'm lying . I miss my son and he don't care .

Worst attorney in Ross County. If you are fighting a Custody case definitely do not go to him cause you will lose and you will be doing the work alone.
