Slater & Zurz LLP

My experience with this law firm so far has been extremely wonderful, I'm using this law firm for a personal injury case for my child. Randy has been very insightful and extremely understanding and so very kind about what me and my family are going through. He has made me feel very comfortable and has answered all of my questions within a timely manner. I definitely would recommend them! I will leave another review at the end of my case I expect nothing but the best outcome because they are truly great!

The lawyer that I worked with during my automobile accident was Michael Schmeltzer. He was Very responsive as answered all of my phone messages and email messages very timely. He obtained an outcome to my situation above what I was expecting. He even dealt with a billing problem due to the insurance company that was to have paid all my debts months after my settlement. He follows through to obtain a positive resolution throughout the process. Also the ancillary staff were very helpful and always pleasant to speak with during all my phone interactions. This is a very professional, ethical, and caring group of individuals. I will return to this legal group if I have any further legal issues in my future. This legal agency is Excellent!!

Typically the reviews people write are only when it is negative. I personally had to take the time aside to mention how excellent every step has been working with Slater and Zurz. Randy has personally been a pleasure to have met. I work at the Fred Martin superstore and I will be passing the good word along not only to coworkers but recommending them to my family members as well!

I have not retained the services of Slater & Zurz LLP, however, I did call to schedule a free consultation. I left a message and waited for them to call. I was experiencing a traumatic situation and needed legal advice. I received a voicemail from Margarie and returned her phone call. When I told her my name the first words out of her mouth where " (Justine you need to really check your messages. We've called you twice trying to contact you." Well that's why I was calling them back! The tone in her voice and choice of words to say that to me was disheartening. Those are the first words she chose to say out of her mouth greeting a potential new client??? Just wow. I informed her over the phone that her demeanor and way of speaking to me has driven me to seek another Lawyer. I will not be retaining thier services as Margarie came off as rude and she just gave me a bad first impression. To me a lawyer's as good as thier staff/team is. If they're like Margarie then I'll go somewhere else.
