Rob Abney and our assigned paralegal Angela were so professional, so compassionate that I'm almost sad that our case has closed. Rob was our second lawyer for this case. The first one made our case worse by giving bad legal advice (more like he DIDN'T give legal advice) and so I looked for another and thankfully, found Rob. I immediately saw the difference in expertise, in compassion and communication style. Rob is extremely strategic and wise. He was very truthful about the possible outcome of our case, given the situation with the previous lawyer but promised he would fight for us and get the best outcome possible for us, given our limitations. Well. We got the result we wanted. Justice truly served. We felt taken care of, felt that we truly had someone on our side who would look out for us. Angela is an absolutely excellent paralegal. She's very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things to us and is very responsive. It was an absolute joy to work with both of them. I begged to make sure he'll keep us as a client should the need arise again. Can't recommend him enough.
