Was lied to said I would get a call back. I call back and try to get ahold of someone.. couldn't then Ken their investigator told me they've been busy with other trials. That's not my problem, if you had other things to deal with then why did you take my call and said you would call me back for a consultation. Place is a joke and will lie to you for time for supposedly what they deem better cases. They never called several times like Ken said I'll post my call logs here if they reply with another lie.

We were referred to attorney Beatrice by Mercy Health's business law firm. Originally, the law firm told us that what had happened to my wife was criminal under their client's conduct, and they refused to represent the hospital. Instead, they suggested Beatrice. Unfortunately, this attorney was overconfident in his ability to help and could not secure my wife's release from a 72-hour hold, which was medically and legally unjustified. During interactions, he used artificial intelligence systems that misrepresented themselves as human, obtaining sensitive personal and legal information under false pretenses. Under Ohio law (ORC SS 2913.02 - Fraud; Misrepresentation) and related provisions, implying a service is a human while collecting personal or legal details is misrepresentation and illegal. With the assistance of drafting emails via ChatGPT, I was able to communicate with hospital and corporate stakeholders. After sending 7 emails to key officials, my wife was finally released. The attorney suggested suing the hospital and seeking settlement but misunderstood key facts, even implying my wife might be "charged" when, if anyone were liable, it would be the hospital, staff, or police involved in her wrongful hold. This experience highlights serious systemic failures at Mercy Health and demonstrates the need for vigilance when working with attorneys who overpromise or use unethical practices.
