I do not recommend this law firm unless you want to pay them to defend the at fault driver, pay them to get your medical information wrong then call you a liar for it, and be treated like your pain isn't real. They will make you rack up medical bills instead of trying to settle when you ask them to only to make you pay all your medical bills in full instead of using your health insurance like normal yourself. Because in this time you have lost everything do to not being able to work because of injuries so now you no longer have money and are no longer worth fighting for in their eyes. They will ignore you and refuse to answer your questions then act like you have no right to be upset with them. And if you do have to go to court they will dismiss you as a client the night before your court date because you are upset with them for getting your medical information wrong and ruining your life and wanting answers to why they didn't get the information at least right let alone drag it out way longer than needed.
The maximum amount of money in the minimum amount of time is a lie. The care and compassion they will give you is a lie. Hire them if you want to make your already bad situation worse.

While it was a clear cut case that I was not at fault having been rear ended pulling into my drive it seemed like I was being put on trial. Was the odd girl out in the room as I literally sat in the corner while the guys talked sports (the kid who hit me, his attorney and my attorney with Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz). Lawyer did win my case but the process made me feel like I was in the wrong more so than the person who hit me. In other words the Lawyer was there for the paycheck and not for me.
