I had a few unique challenges with getting things in proper order after my dad's passing and in place for his spouse with Alzheimer's including his OPM payments (and will, Trust, guardianship). In six months I have called twice to request them help me. I have given them the necessary paperwork and they never called me back. We had a conversation and they Their customer service is lackluster and they do not follow up. Bottom line is this group is lackluster.
