I do not recommend them as bankruptcy lawyer. I decided to not file bankruptcy as it wasn't in my best interest and they are refusing to refund me my $600. I handled my issues alone after doing my own research (in which I should have done that before) but after I determined to not move forward I asked for a refund and no one is responding back to me. My number and email was working just fine to get my payments but as soon as refund was mentioned crickets. I'm a single mother of 4 and $600 is not a small amount to just forget about. Just send me back my funds. I didn't even get past the paperwork and log ins so no work was put in on their behalf. They are straight thieves.

Just call someone else. Everything was fine during the original filing process. But it's clear that was just so they could get paid. Once filed it all went down hill. Calls go un answered or returned. The attorney ain't competent enough to return calls regarding the change of address I filed with him multiple times and they can only seem to manage to update it in there own system. And not with the bankruptcy court. Do you selves a favor and go somewhere else!!

Me and my husband had such a hectic and miscommunication in the beginning with an attorney and all I can say is when we felt already we were in the worse dream ever, Miss Denise came and saved the day, she was patience, reliable, and continued to advocate and communicate through tough times and decision making to smooth this process along to the next step. Working with her before your attorney really paves the way for how you feel going into a very hard decision in life. If I could do this all over again I absolutely would use Amourgis and associates especially if Denise is involved!

Our experience with this firm has been very positive. Leo has been with us every step of the way, making sure we always know what is needed, and keeping us informed of our progress. He has been very professional, and we appreciate all of his hard work and support.

I can't really speak for the lawyers yet and I will edit my review whenever I speak with the lawyers. However, Denise has been a wonderful associate. She has been punctual, professional, respectful and kind. If the lawyers are as half as good as her then I know I am in good care. Give this gentle lady a raise!! 5 stars for Denise at this specific moment. Pending change or not depends on the lawyer.
