No communication and no updates. So far it's been almost a 2 year journey with this law firm, and I have absolutely no clue whatsoever where they are in my case. My calls and texts go ignored, my case manger has changed twice. And I've been told the lawyer is going to contact me for roughly 3 months now. I have not heard from the lawyer since I was initially contacted by him about my accident. I honestly feel the firm could care less about my case and situation. The last thing I was told was the lawyer is looking at my file, that's after being told he would contact me a week or so prior. Which he did not.

Heather and Jill were both so helpful and understanding after me and my husband were both in a car accident earlier this year. I have never been in a car accident before it was so overwhelming. Heather was super sweet with getting us set up with doctors and making sure we got as much help as needed. She was so easy to get in contact with and she actually cared about our well being. I would definitely recommend this law firm to family and friends.

The service provided was beautiful! The communication, and respect was excellent! They checked in weekly, and if time between got to be to long when I reach out their response time was almost instant. Even though, the reason I needed them wasn't so pleasant I really enjoyed being their client. Respect, communication, and service goes a long way with me, I'm sure to many others also, but they provided that for me. While doing excellent work on my behalf and I Thank You.
