My experience with Attorney Michelle Fischer has been deeply troubling. She filed and continued to pursue an eviction against medespite knowing that her client, Joshua Laveck, is incarcerated on a felony domestic violence charge in which I am the victim. Whats worse, Ms. Fischer fired Mr. Laveck as her client, yet proceeded with the eviction case under her own name, without clear authority, which is legally and ethically questionable. Throughout the last three months, I made numerous attempts to contact her, all of which went ignored. I was ultimately forced to hire an attorney just to receive any kind of communication from her. This is not just a legal issueits a personal and moral one. Ms. Fischer is a mother of five, yet she has chosen to continue actions that are forcing me and my 8-year-old daughter into homelessness, despite the violent circumstances surrounding the case. Perhaps most concerning of all, Ms. Fischer previously served as the judge who sentenced Mr. Lavecks brother, John Laveck, to jail for domestic violence. That makes her representation in this case a clear conflict of interest from the start. Her disregard for domestic violence victims, womens rights, and basic professional integrity is appalling. I would not recommend her services to anyone seeking fair or ethical legal representation.

Just resent I hired them for a OVI case. Can't say they didn't do anything for me but could have done better for how much they ask in cost to hire them. Spent little over $2,000 and for all the bare minimum charges I received. Not much communication from them at all. I was getting charged for my 2nd OVI even though it was just under 2 weeks of my 10 year mark of my last one. I asked several times if I could see the evidence the police had on me and never did. Every time I walked in for my per trail she kept saying this is what would possibly get and it was all the bare minimum charges and seemed like there was no fight in her to help me get out of jail or help me get the charges drop to a smaller one. If you're looking for a good fighting lawyer to back you up this is NOT the people to go to. You're looking for communication and understanding on what is going on with your case. They are NOT worth going to. Like anything else it's just the money they want from you and they will do a little work and that's it. If you want charges to be smaller well that's all they are good at. I herd good stories from them but I got the shorter end of the stick from them and was not pleased about it.

Truly honest and dedicated to his clients. Has the knowledge of the law to current date. Meticulous and demanding the best outcome for the cases he is assigned. I have had the misfortune of hiring council in the past and have been very disappointed. I have never been better represented in the entire United States by a more professional team. Mr. Bobulsky is one of the best professionals I have had the opportunity work with or to have working for me

Great attorney! Mr Bobulsky, is the man for the job. He does everything as promised. I would recommend him 10 out of 10.

I hate saying this but very unprofessional, went to his consultation and gave him all the money he asked for to take my case for him never to call me again? The man's a THIEF because he just stole my money! If he didn't want my case he never should took my money! Very sad from someone with his reputation!
