John is an incredibly attentive attorney who does what he says he will do. He's fair, kind, flexible, and knowledgeable. He does what's necessary and doesn't waste time or money for his own benefit. He did damage control and coordination in a case that had been completely destroyed by previous attorneys. Things went as well as they could go all things considered and we now do have the absolute best outcome we could have hoped for. Had I not moved to another state outside of his licensure, I would absolutely hire John again for any future needs.

John helped me through an extremely tough emotional time. And we won I'll be using him again and I recommend you all do the same. I wouldn't hesitate give him a ring folks!

John ripped me off plain and simple. He was recommended by a friend for being a good attorney relatively cheap. He wasn't either, good or cheap. I had a very poor experience in dealing with Mr Haupt who I feel ripped me off and cost me a relationship with my now adult daughter. After my initial paid consultation I agreed to pay Mr Haupt $1200, I felt that since I had two cases in two counties that that was acceptable. John never did much work, but had mostly taken a few notes. I feel I did more work for my own case than John did. Me and the mother of my 3 boys agreed to everything in front of John. I didn't even have to go to court. After I get back a copy of the agreement that was signed with the approval of a family court judge, he asked me for another $1200. I ended up not getting visitation with my daughter and I can't help but feel duped. Mr Haupt is a crook as far as I'm concerned. Agreed to 1200 for two cases unless the money of course was exhausted in fees and expenses. But he only did an hour and half maybe two hours of work on my entire one case and next to nothing for my second case. John asked for another 1200 for the second case to proceed.I also asked several times and never received a bill of services. Con man at best

Attorney Haupt and his team have not only been extremely thorough, but very professional as well with handling my custody case. I would recommend them to anyone!

Earlier dealing was shakey at best...thankfully we stuck to it and John has been the bull dog we needed...he is worth the money you can't put a price on experience or the kids we are fighting for...he was highly recommended and im glad we picked him...this coming from a skeptic who speaks her mind,he is who you need when you want a positive outcome..john haupt is fantastic 11-18-2018
