Absolutely do not use Andrew brockway. He will not answer any of your calls. Does not ever respond to emails. He will avoid you at all costs and do nothing for your case. His assistant will cancel appointments with out even talking to the person but leaving a voicemail even though we told her several times the appointment is needed to discuss a new case. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. My fiance was cancelled on several times and had to go to court numerous times with out representation because of all of the cancelled appointments. He will say he was not assigned but for the first case he was assigned by the court, where he talked him into giving up and then agreed to open a new case and file paperwork and never did then had him set up multiple appointments and never called for any of them or rescheduled the day before. Thankfully they never actually charged his card.

I used Andrew for three years. I retained him for my Divorce and then again for gaining physical custody's of my children and child support. Andrew was very professional and he always answered my questions and returned phone calls. He was very knowledgeable about the process and he was very invested in helping me understand everything about the legal process. He definitely cared about helping me obtain good results and was invested in me, my children and the outcome. I highly recommend Andrew. He was more than fair in his pricing and he he stuck with everything for the full three years I needed a lawyer. He had good judgment about what the Outcomes would be and he was very good at explaining each step. Even now with the judge's decision being made, he answers all my questions and is still going to bat for me to get what was ordered by the judge carried out. He's honest and kind, but even more than that he cares enough to see it all through to the end and isn't constantly asking for more money. If you are looking for an outstanding, professional lawyer, Andrew Brockway is the man for you.
