Briefly, I contacted this firm for help with an SSI case as advertised on their website as it states that they work on SSI and disability cases I think the rceeptionist called me back and was very nice to talk to but said unfortunately they don't do SSI cases anymore she then recommended another lawyer who I should contact and that she works on SSi cases I then contacted this recommended lawyer through email and telephone left messages I never got an answer. This firm should update their website to state that they don't work on SSI cases anymore and their reomended lawyer was not courteous enough to respond in any type of way, once again a waste of time. Thank you.

After good connection with a good lawyer. They removed her and put her in Disability and my case had been neglected since. Same complaint by the guy below. 6 months after my hearing I get an email telling me they still need a report for something I've seen my doctor for 3 prior times. 3 separate visits to get the percent of loss. Some bum who was handed my case calls me and tells me he gets all the difficult clients. 6 months of incompetence, and unable to do their job, and he tells me it's a good thing... Tried to make it like they did all this work for 6 months, accomplished nothing, but they did good for me. My original lawyer knew it isn't about money. I wanted my body repaired the best it could be, get the after care and move on. The fact I may be entitled to some sort of payout is very secondary. It was made clear multiple times I want to close the case. So why is someone telling me it is "best for me that we haven't reached MMI." But I am not improving. No PT for a year, no change to any other care. Haven't seen the surgeon for about a year other then to get paperwork filled out multiple times incorrectly. Read the guys review about the same problem. Very disappointed. I was happy until they handed my case off to someone who did not care.

Working with this fabulous team was a great experience. They were honest and kept us abreast of every step. They worked hard to make sure workers comp treated us fairly. I have to shout out Julissa Rodriguez who never failed to answer my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. When I say timely I mean she would respond the same day or the next day at the latest. She explained things to us in detail and never once made us feel uncomfortable for asking her to explain things over and over to us until we understood. The entire team was great but I just had to give Julissa a big shout out. I would recommend this team from the disability guys to everyone.

Emily prepared me for my hearing in the most thorough way. She reached out, informing me of what to expect and answered all of my questions. I credit her for the favorable outcome of my case.
