One of the best business experiences I have had in the last thirty -three years was working with Tyler Leverington of Ohnstad Twichell. We worked together almost daily for 1 1/2 years. He is professional, very intelligent, responsive, trust worthy and gives expert advice. I would recommend Tyler and the firm of Ohnstad Twichell to anyone who needs sound business advice and counsel.

Had a time sensitive case and hired Tatiana Hackman. Got a free consultation and was like "This is great--I feel confident" Tatiana was awful about returning voicemails and emails. She requested an extension with the opposing parties attorney because she did not respond in a timely manner (even though she was made aware of this time crunch during consultation and informed me it would not be a problem) Because of this I had to wait longer for a response. 2 weeks go by with no response and I get a letter in the mail stating that she had quit the Law Firm and is transferring my case to Leah Carlson. Leah Carlson was great at responding my emails and phone calls. She answered every question I had. HOWEVER, when I submitted my declaration she took out a lot of important information, advised it, and sent it to the opposing party without verifying it with me first. Then I got a phone call stating that she was resigning from the firm. I am now without an attorney and have a large bill.

I had an excellent experience working with Josh Wolfe. He is very intelligent, kind, understanding, and handled my case with complete professionalism. I will absolutely work with him again and highly recommend his services. Also, Delvin Losing at the Casselton branch handled my dad's estate and did a stellar job. Thanks, Josh and Delvin!

Highly recommend this law firm, and specifically Tyler Leverington, he is professional and timely and incredibly effective. Ohnstad Twichell helped us out without hesitation, and is respectful of different financial situations. They are also affirming and LGBTQ+ friendly, which was a huge positive for my organization.
