He has to be the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever heard about. My husband got Don appointed to him and has no phone time to be able to call Don himself, so he asked me to call him. Not only does he not answer the phone with his name or business name, he answers with just "hello". All three times I have called him regarding my husbands case, he has given me no answers. The first time I called, it was the day before the hearing. He hadn't even looked at the case yet. Really?! It's the day before and you haven't looked at it yet? I am just baffled by the lack of professionalism. The day before the sentencing, I called him. Again, no answers. I call him today and asked a question, again, no answers. I get he is court appointed, but I mean seriously, put some effort into your cases and not as much into broadcasting them over Facebook. Not everyone needs to know everyone else's business. If they were that interested, they could look it up in public files.
