I will start this off by saying I never have needed a lawyer in my life and Lommen Law has put my complete confidence in their company and I have zero regrets in hiring them. My experience with Brandon was amazing. I started a lawsuit (personal injury) in 2019 with a different law firm. That law firm failed to file with the court system and it was completely dismissed. Brandon was then hired as attorney of record to fix the mistake and finish the case on my behalf. in 2021 Brandon was able to get the court system to reaccept my case with a judge saying my previous lawyers were at fault and I should not be penalized on their behalf. First time since 1980s this style of ruling was forced into the court system in Minnesota. After that Brandon went for the gold getting over a 7 figure settlement in my case. Polk county Minnesota does not award large amount and Brandon was able to break though that threshold. After my case Brandon went with me to meet with financial planners to ensure I would have a funds set aside for future medical expenses and life events.
