Watching my fiance go through the worst representation I've ever seen in my life. Beyond the incompetence, they have zero compassion or empathy for their clients. You are a number to them, and as soon as they know the case is done they will belittle you and leave you out to dry. They can't even pronounce her name right after over a year of working together.
