Pick Tracy Lyson and you will be assured to make several calls, send emails and leave messages, asking her to get back to you. And by the way, if she calls you back, but you happen to be on another line and not answer her call, she will still charge you. This place is like a machine - no personal approach, no exceptions. Here is the best part. Tracy kept telling me that whatever I was trying to accomplish was absolutely impossible. I hired a different law firm, and everything was done and accomplished in no time. So, yes, so much for the competency (or not) at this LO'Keeffe O'Brien Lyson Firm.

This company should be closed and labeled unfit to be a business. I was denied a reason why they would not take my litigation case and they didn't even request to see proof of my issue which is so serious it needs to be litigated. This business is not worth your time.

Tracy gave some of the worst advice I could have gotten for my divorce case. She charged $325/hr at the time, far above anything she was worth. I let her go and got someone else who had to pick up the pieces and shook her head at the advice I'd been given from Tracy. Even on retainer it was a fight to get her to even call back, requiring several emails and calls, even though her staff assured me she would do so. In mediation, while we were waiting for the mediators in the other room, she was doing work on her laptop for another client, and yet charged me for the whole time. Pretty safe to assume she was double billing. She got pretty condescending when I fired her and made it out like I expected her to work weekends or something. I don't expect you to work weekends. But I expect you to call back, be worth what you're charging me, and surely not to bill me for time you spent working on someone else's case.
