I hired John Arechigo as I was facing a C Felony terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and an A misdemeanor concealed weapons charge in North Dakota. This being the 1st time I have ever been in trouble I didn't know how the outcome was going to be or how the process worked. I was facing a minimum 2 year prison sentence for the felony with a maximum of 5 years. I was also sitting in jail on a $500,000 bond. My punishment was 31 days time served, 329 days suspended, 1 year probation which included (24/7 program and no firearms for the 1 year) and a $2000 fine.
