If I could rate him a 0 I would after all the money we gave him and the case went no where after almost 4 years. Justin took our case (farming) and he is not educated in this area and did not tell us that. We are not that kind of people to be in law suits so we didn't ask alot of questions about his work ethics, or anything else we should of,but had had it with the life with the defendant, just trusted our attorney and thought finally after many years we'd finally get good legal representation.He promised the case would be settled the way we wanted figure fraud and embezzlement which the defendant has done to us for years !! weighed against the land value and then acted like the defrauding was nothing and acted like it was our idea to go to court which we never wanted we wanted settled out of court which he and the defendants attorney delayed 4 times at no fault of ours. One cannot reason with the defendant cause he's always right and always entitled and rages out!!! Justin didn't defend us.He withdrew from the case but instead of advocating for his clients his emails to us were more concerned about his own image. He should be ashamed of himself for taking on a case he didn't know how to handle and talking down his clients that are not dumb!! I'm well educated too!! Only in a different field. For us having Justin for a lawyer went from bad to worse for our case. It's unbelievable how this could happen because one is trusting!!We are in the process of finding a new attorney after 4 wasted years. His legal assistant is very nice.

Beyond horrible customer service. I asked how he accepts payment. I was told "there's no other options. It is what it is." Which doesnt answer which forms of payment he accepts. Then continued to talk down to me. I have the money for the retainer, just curious if any of it could be on a credit card. If not, no big deal. During my first phone call I feel there is no need to be as disrespectful as he was. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

Mr Hager can make an estate distribution highly in Favor of the personnel Representative who has minerals and former Landman experience??? Other heirs are left in the dark
