I have never had a workmans comp case before I hired Oxnar and Permar off of TV ads. I talked to Chip and his paralegal they told me what to expect. Within 3 months of me hiring them they had already had a date for mediation. I went to the mediation I was told what to expect from it and what they were going for. I got what was told to me.
