My go-to law firm to close on real estate. I am a very active real estate investor and buy about 20 properties every year. The Holton law firm is the first company I think about when I have a closing to do. They don't close all my deals, but I'm always eager to meet with the kind staff and Lynn who I now consider a friend.

Not the firm to utilize your best interest within a bias system for domestic/family related issues . Will only give the facts they want to give .

Where do I start , they cant read an invoice correctly, And insult me by stating " that's its weird that I conduct business under my name." And the very bussiness they run is under there name. I work hard and it was not my mistake and I was treated like a peasant left on the porch with no results. Than had to return later to pick up the correction of there mistake. Our prior conversation with Lynn instructed my she whould have it taken care of. when I made an appointment to get it she made no attempt to accommodate me. Mr holter called me personally to let me no.... hours later he had my check. I understand business very well and I no it only takes a few minutes to accommodate the guy that fixes the houses so you can close the deal! Thanks mr holter it is my only hope that this will not happen to the next guy.
