TODAY, November 5th. I am appalled with this Law firm. So many times the ball has been dropped on my dad . The majority of his work he did it himself. He has been so stressed out with the communication and no return calls . I have seen a great decline in my dad's health due to the stress of going back and forth with poor details of what he needs to do or turn in. The last email I read has always been So Sorry I didn't see this the first time. Because the Parallegal, bless her heart had family cases, or health issues that left the case sitting. Now, I have been a part of several other family cases and I've never seen this kind of professionalism. I only decided to do thus review because when my mom that is apart of the estate calls she has always been told she would get a return call and no respond. I pray that you will consider Im not trying to tear down the firm. Reviews are for a reason. Please, consider your ways. PS. please allow secretary that was so nice and kind thank you for praying with all clients thank you. Ms Joel

I would not recommend these people at all. My grandad has been trying to resolve an estate matter for over a year now and it's still not resolved. He's only talked to Tony once and the paralegal Cathleen has dropped the ball on several occasions when it came to communicating what documents where needed and the process. We've had to complete paperwork numerous of times due to their lack of knowledge and instructions. God forbid if the paralegal is out of office because there are no follow ups from anyone. Not to mention they have billed him every time he has called to follow up or asked questions due to their negligence. He's even had to go see the clerk of court himself because they were not on top of things. He has lost his daughter and hasn't even been able grieve properly because of how stressful and irritating this process has been. These people show no sympathy or compassion while being negligent. I'm definitely taking all of this to the BBB and whoever else I can report this to. Do not get them to handle your estate affairs.

Nothing against this firm in terms of expenses, Divorce is an expensive ordeal and does take significant research and work to formalize a proper agreement based on special situations and individual situations. While one must be prepared for such legal costs over all the experience with Hartsoe and Associates was amazing. Specially, me being in the US Army, I was not always available for reaching out to, but despite they handled my case exceptionally well and came out with an amicable out of court settlement ! which is something I wanted from the start. Thank you Steven Grainger in particular for your legal representation and also the staff in connection.
