I paid $500. He did absolutely nothing AND refused to refund my money. Disgusting.

Damon Duncan and his firm did an outstanding job of helping us walk through a legal process that was both daunting and confusing. His staff was responsive to our every question and need and helped us not only to respond correctly but also to understand why that response was appropriate. In the end Mr. Duncan also was able to bring about an adjustment that saved us thousands of dollars. We had been surprised with a bill from an agency that we long thought had been handled. He waded through that confusion and found a way to have that debt erased. I doubt this could be the outcome in every query, but Mr. Duncan's dedication to helping us bring closure was apparent and appreciated. We would highly recommend his practice to help you with your legal needs.

I just now had the time to review this office. Mr. Duncan helped me two years ago with my bankruptcy. It was filed on June 2019. They were really thorough and understanding. They don't make you feel judged they know you need help and they will work with you on payment arrangements (all fees must be paid before filing, not sure if that has changed) Mr. Duncan and his assistants helped me get the fresh start I needed. I'm truly thankful I stumbled upon this firm while I was searching for someone to represent me. 2 years later and still debt free and more fiscally responsible than ever. Thank you all so much.
