Wonderful attorney team. But one particular paralegal could not read a text, email, or communicate without being condescending, rude and full of excuses. Because of her I was delayed in getting my settlement. She needed to schedule a call with my attorney. She read the email from the attorney to do so, but instead lounges on her vacation while I sat here broke. When she realized it she goes "oh, im so sorry." I was almost killed in a car accident amd needed that money. She brushed it off like a simple mistake. Well, that mistake cost me almost a month of time in getting my money. The final time this happened, she couldn't listen. I gave her the correct address to sendy settlement check. She sent it to an old address. She called me and gave me an attitude, talked down to me, like it was my fault. No! It is your fault. She then tried to save face and had someone bring my check to my house. But again, couldn't read a text. The person did not bring it. They were leaving to bring it. So I ended up three times sending people to my house to grab this large check, so that its safe. Iam a returning client . My first experience with the firm was in 12/17/22 on a workman comp case.Honestly with out the firm I wouldn't have survived.
