Client Testimonials

Client

★★★★★

Attorney Susan Ellis was professional, knowledgeable and successfully assisted my family with our legal needs (estates and trusts). Her fee was reasonable considering the time involved and her level of expertise. Most important to me, she responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I highly recommend Susan Ellis.

Client

100% completely took advantage of my grandparents when they went in for a revision to their will due to unforeseen health conditions that have arose, they wanted to prepare. Never discussed prices since we ASSUMED that with it being a last will and testament revision they would not be charged almost $2,000. My aunt called to see if she could simply come in a meet with Susan to discuss why it cost so much. But hey, I guess "lawyers/attorneys" that aren't that great charge what ever they want, it doesn't matter as long as they have a fancy pool house that was bought when a simple service such as will revision should only typically cost somewhere in the ball park of $400-$600 dollars at most. If you're looking to help prepare anyone you love and care for, for their last wishes please do so else where. This "attorney" is a JOKE!

Client

Enjoy doing all the work yourself -- usually after the fact because you find out something wasn't done correctly -- while still paying exorbitant attorney fees? This is the place for you! Is it negligence? Is it laziness? Is it an online legal degree? You'll still be guessing months after the work is "done." That's my experience and that of several others, as noted in the reviews, so now you know what's ahead when using Susan Ellis, esquire.

Client

Update. Charged $1750 for a modification. Calling better business bureau on Tuesday unless she makes it right. This is complete elderly fraud. Was extremely disrespectful to my aging parents. Everyone should be treated equally. Please find another lawyer for estate planning.

Client

I wouldn't touch her with a 10 foot pole. She handled my grandmother's will and estate, charged an exorbitant amount when writing the will and after her death when everything had to be handled. With all of that, she didn't didn't, or couldn't, do her job properly so 3 years later, we're still fixing the fall out from her malpractice.
