Lusby Law firm is the absolute best! They were professional and friendly. They answered all my questions which calmed me down. They took care of my traffic violation promptly! They were amazing! After my child was molested by the mother's boyfriend.He let me negotiate custody in court and did not metion that it was just a consent order. When I noticed, he said it was to give her a chance? After I hired him to represent me, and said we had to rush out because of lunch so I couldn't fight it. Before that, I paid him thousands of dollars.But settled with the mother and he never refunded me $2800. Said it was for 8 hours of his time. Avoided my calls until this review and called immediately to let me know he would keeping all of the money.

My company provides ARAG legal insurance. Chris Lusby was on the list. When I scheduled an appointment with him, I waited 2 weeks only to meet with one of his colleagues. When I did finally speak to him a week later, he was knowledgeable of my situation, provided best cased scenario. He then asked for payment to review documents. Since then Chris has not answered any of my emails or contacted me! As a courtesy please say I can not take your case instead of not communicating at all. I have one word for Chris Lusby and his Firm UNPROFESSIONAL. Thanks for nothing I am requesting ARAG to remove this firm. I am still fighting for my mothers well being as she is in danger. Please do not respond to this for no excuse is accepted. What is does not have to be explained. I'm sure the NC bar would love to know how you handle clients, I forgot Chris is working on a special case for the bar so clients are 2nd priority, understood!

Mr. Lusby is extremely kind, thorough, and attentive. When meeting with him, he made me feel seen and heard. We worked together to develop a plan of action and worked through each step together. He was able to break down the payment and the contract in a way that was easy to understand. I look forward to continuing to work with him and his team.
