They are not located in Wilmington but they really don't need to be. They did an excellent job handling my disability case. They stayed in contact with me and always returned phone calls. They were up front and honest with me and I had my hearing over a zoom call so I didn't have to travel anywhere. They definitely stayed on top of everything. I highly recommend Crumbly Robert's. If you are not truly disabled then they won't make things up for you or change the facts so just having a lawyer will not get you approved for disability. If you are truly disabled they efficiently get that relayed to the government. I recommend having at least 2 or 3 doctors that are willing to sign paperwork agreeing that you are in fact disabled and agree to back up your case before you hire a lawyer.

Fooled me once, shame on you...These people advertise as "local" to your area. (They have an empty office they rent in Wilmington) They are far from local and actually located in Greensboro. They lost my husbands SSDI case and told us to appeal to the appeals council on our own. If they chose to take it, to let them know. Maybe if we had met with our attorney (as they promised) or even talked to him more than two days before the hearing things would have gone differently. The attorney that they hired as a 3rd party! Didn't know much of anything about my husband's case. Not to mention they changed our attorney twice right before the hearing. CR also failed to submit the proper paperwork that my husband is a 100% P&T veteran. Throughout the entire process I had to call and make sure they were getting the correct records submitted, called medical offices and made sure they were sending the records to Crumley Roberts and come to find out CR owed them $$ for said records. The client shouldn't be doing any of that. That's the case manager's job! We quickly fired them and found another LOCAL attorney who just won my husband's case at the federal level! Crumley Roberts definitely dropped the ball. They set my husband up for failure. I do NOT recommend this law firm to anyone!
