Matt Norris is simply the best. End of story. I bought a new vehicle in 2022 and had nothing but mechanical and electrical issues. The issues ranged from improper assembly to faulty components and design flaws. In three years of ownership, the vehicle spent over 100 days at the dealership with over a dozen visits for diagnostics and repair. One electrical issue lingered, with no timeline for repair after the replacement of multiple and repeated components. I worked with their customer service for over a year and even tried arbitration (I lost). I contacted no less than a dozen attorneys, and the message was the same: none of them thought it was worth their time or wanted thousands of dollars up front and hundreds of dollars per hour to even hear my story. I was at my wits end when I got Matt's contact information. I was able to get Matt on the phone very easily, and after about five minutes of explaining my story, he said he would gladly take the case. He didn't beat around the bush and said he wouldn't take my case if he didn't think we had a very good chance of getting some sort of restitution. His fee structure was simple, up front, and fair. I sent him my documents, he negotiated with the manufacturer, and got me a sizeable settlement in only a few months. He was always available to take my calls or respond to my texts. He answered every question with patience, and no question was too remedial to answer. He was professional, honest, and represented my best interest in everything he did. I went from getting nothing at all and living with a sub-standard vehicle to getting a settlement that rectified the wrongs that had been done to me. He wasn't intimidated by a large automaker and fought for me and for what was JUST. I cannot say enough about Matt Norris. If you have been turned down by others and have been wronged by an automobile manufacturer, Matt is your guy. I will forever be thankful I contacted him.
