Capital City Law

I had reached out to Capital Law/Kyle on 10/7/2025 to possibly use his services. I was considering using Kyle because of the positive reviews and his educational background. I assumed that Kyle would be a straight shooter and could offer a honest viewpoint considering a legal concern. During our few email interactions I offered to pay to a fee to sit down with him. I also asked if this was something that he wasn't interested in to please let me know. Here we are a month later and nothing. All I can assume from the ghosting is that there is no financial gain for Capital Law regarding my concern. I will say that the receptionist that I had spoken with on a couple of occasions was very kind/pleasant.

Had an amazing experience with the Capital City Law team, the closing was one of the smoothest parts of our transaction due to the quick turnaround times and responsiveness in communication. If you need an A+ closing attorney, this is the one to go with. We worked with Kyle Smalling and he was awesome.
