Absolutely awful. She ignores emails and questions. Keeps you in the dark about your case. She makes decisions without asking what you want. She puts everything off until the last minute and doesn't even know particulars of your case before phoning you. Spends the call reading through the paperwork instead of answering questions. Doesn't work with you or consider your concerns. She just wants you to do as you're told and be quiet. Very unprofessional and egocentric. Don't use her.
Really bad. Talks down to you and doesn't get back to you. Waiting and waiting for answers. No response. Takes your money no problem then doesn't do anything. LAZY! Go to anyone else.
I've never actually been to the office; however, I've had Mrs. Dixon represent me and she's a great asset to have. She goes above and beyond for her client. I would highly recommend her for legal representation.
