Mr Khan has been a blessing to our family. Not only is he a great lawyer but he helps the community by offering payment plans and lower prices so everyone has a chance to be represented by a lawyer. He does a great job at explaining things and he's been very patient with my very complicated case.
Disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this firm. I hired Khan Law Firm expecting a modern, client-focused approach, but the reality was the opposite. Communication is outdated; Mr. Khan would not provide a direct email or phone line, forcing all communication through an assistant, which felt very impersonal. More concerning was the lack of effort regarding my case. Instead of fighting for a dismissal on a standard misdemeanor, Mr. Khan immediately pushed the DA's offer for a conviction to resolve the case quickly. When I asked questions or pushed back on this strategy, he blamed the court system and recent NC law changes rather than offering solutions. His response to my concerns was to suggest I find another attorney if I was not happy with his service. If you are looking for a lawyer who will listen and advocate for you, I suggest looking elsewhere.
