While I started out with Bob Whitley as my primary attorney, the transition to Gabe Talton was seamless. Gabe was attentive and thorough in handling my Workers Comp case. He kept me updated on the progress and collaborated well with me. He was always responsive to my many questions and my concerns about the Medicare set-aside funds and/ or understanding documents. The last time I spoke with anyone from this law firm was around the last week of June. I sent a message on July 2nd, and since then -- nothing. Every time I call, the phone just rings and then disconnects without giving me the option to leave a message.
I have an active case, and no one is reaching out, updating me, or even acknowledging my attempts to get in touch. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Clients deserve better communication, especially when dealing with legal matters that affect their lives.
At this point, I feel ignored and left in the dark. Do better.
