I contacted the Law Office of Richard McNeil seeking assistance with a lemon-law related issue. Unfortunately, my interaction with the receptionist, Faye, was not a positive one. I was informed that although the office appears on consumer attorney listings, they do not handle lemon-law matters. During the call, I felt the communication was abrupt and unprofessional, as the call was disconnected twice( when I called back in she presented to do the same thing again)and I was not given the opportunity to ask follow-up questions.
