My daughter was in an accident in May 2024. The other party was 100% at fault, was given two citations, verbally assaulted the responding officer, tried to commit insurance fraud by calling two witnesses to the scene that weren't there, verbally attacked my daughter causing mental distress, and the entire accident was caught on video which we had. My daughter spent that entire summer in chiropractic care for a whiplash injury. Still has discomfort in her back which really isn't great when you're only 18. Riddle and Riddle started with excellent communication. Then after we signed with them we barely heard anything again. Never spoke with the attorney not one time. Case was passed around to multiple legal assistants to the point we didn't even know who to contact. Heard from the "negotiator" in June 2025 over a year later and he was talking about not being able to get enough to even cover the medical bills which is insane for an accident that was 100% the other parties fault. Only after I threw a fit I heard from Alex Riddle who said there wasn't much they could do. I feel they were doing what was best for the insurance company and not the client. In the end they negotiated the chiropractor bill down so that my daughter received about $2200 for pain and suffering however the only reason she even received that was because my own insurance has medpay and contributed $2000 to the medical bills. Otherwise she would have only got $200. Then after we settled in June it still took them 3 months to get the check from the insurance and give my daughter her portion. Based on personal experience that I've had with a different law firm I do not recommend this attorney at all. Edit to respond to owners comment: my "adult" daughter was only 16 at the time of her accident and when we decided to settle in June she was only 17. She did turn 18 in July and did have to go resign all the documents herself as she did turn legally of age after settlement was agreed upon. We also agreed not because we were happy with the outcome but because it was over a year and as per the emails it was made very clear you weren't willing to negotiate any longer with progressive. As I said luckily we had $2000 in med pay from my own insurance or she would have received just $200 for her pain and suffering.
